Helping students connect the classroom to their daily lives and gives them practical strategies so they can WIN. He does this by connecting with them through real life stories to help illustrate and bring his principles to life. His work primarily focuses on 3 groups of students: High Level students, At Risk students and Student Athletes.

Staff Development
Helps educators create a WINning environment to help their students WIN on a daily basis. He also helps young professionals and business leaders become better leaders, communicators and team members. By helping them understand who they are, where they can improve and hot to enhance their strengths to make them more productive in their work environment.
Motivational Speaking
Provides speaking topics that relate to a wide range of audiences while remaining personally relatable and motivational through his captivating speaking engagements.
